Start LA Beer Week’s first Saturday right at Eagle Rock Brewery, where your pass gets you through the door 1.5hrs early for unlimited frosty crafts, plus unlimited roast pork, lumpia (spring rolls... duh) & Filipino noodles, aka what Manny Pacquiao's pool is full of.

At 1p, the five chef-brewer teams (which include Top Chefs CJ Jacobsen, Ilan Hall & Laurent Quenioux, and brewmasters from Ladyface, Firestone-Walker & more) you've been hanging out with will begin developing their innovative creations for 3hrs, during which you'll expertly guzzle taste-test all 5 full-size frozen final products. Each will be totally different from the next, with past years’ combos ranging from Belgian chocolate/brandied cherry ice cream and a Picture City Porter reduction, to an Edenic Temptation: Floris Apple with bourbon-salted caramel-cinnamon ice cream.
